This PR removes the Old user interface!!
After introducing the new UI over a year ago, it's time to remove the old view-based UI. There will be a final
v0.9.xrelease which includes the old UI before this PR is merged.v0.10and beyond will only include the composed-based UI.Additionally, this PR rewrites significant portions of the app behind the scenes to add Koin for dependency injection.
