5.0.0npm release by bumpingpackage.json,package-lock.json, andlib/version.tsfrom4.5.1to5.0.0.The 5.0.0 changelog is finalized: a new breaking note that error handling may need updates because requests now use native
fetch; existing breaking entries (CustomerIORequestError.response,Region’s thirdpipelinesUrlarg) stay documented.
