Add support for Qingping Temp & RH Monitor Lite (
CGDK2) devices that advertise using the Qingping0xFDCDservice with device ID0x10.Some CGDK2 units appear to broadcast unencrypted Qingping advertisements in addition to Xiaomi MiBeacon advertisements.
The current Qingping parser already supports the payload format used by these devices, so the only required change is mapping Qingping device ID
