The shared controller can link a CryptoLabs account through public signin and matching-code consent over outbound HTTPS, so Overview and Watchdog service consumers can reuse the account without provider VPN access or secret callback URLs. Existing worker credentials and service entitlements are preserved.

Related: #21

Validation: exact reviewed dev pairing bytes; 375 source regression tests passed with one existing skip, 143 release/version tests passed with one existing skip, and wheel/sdist payload/import checks passed. Real nginx checks passed for shipped and generated configurations.

This release excludes open Fleet PR20. Main publication requires accounting for mutable-tag consumers; installation remains through accepted DC Overview Fleet delivery. Fleet, paid-service and installed customer acceptance remain held.

Promote the reviewed account-pairing delta from protected dev merge ef313d7.
Reviewed feature: f05270e.
Preserve exact main base d7e2762 except scoped delta and release version metadata.
This is selected-content promotion; no claim of full dev Git ancestry or installed acceptance.
