fix(app): query the new Crowdin Store API on install

developer.app.crowdin.net now answers 404 on every path, so app install failed to resolve any slug. Look the manifest up via the Store's new endpoint, developers.app.crowdin.net/api/items, which returns matches under docs instead of data.
