autobahn/test/test_rng.py (opt-in via AUTOBAHN_CI_ENABLE_RNG_DEPLETION_TESTS, never enabled in CI) measured /proc/sys/kernel/random/entropy_avail, which is a constant 256 since Linux 5.18, and expected /dev/random to deplete, which it no longer does since Linux 5.6. With the env var set on Linux 6.12, test_non_depleting passes whatever happens and test_depleting always fails. Remove the file, the justfile comment describing the env var, and add a changelog entry. No red/green pair: this only removes tests that CI skips. Verified locally: ruff check, just check-typing cpy314, and the unit-test matrix (cpy311-314 + pypy311, trial + pytest, NVX 0/1): 20/20 pass, with the same pass counts as before and 2 fewer skips per run. Expected CI result: GREEN - all jobs. Note: This work was completed with AI assistance (Claude Code).
