This removes support for the external Nextcloud News updater sidecar while keeping the regular Nextcloud cron sidecar path intact for News app feed updates.
The external updater is no longer a good dependency to carry in this image, while the maintained News app already uses Nextcloud background jobs through system cron. Failing fast for removed configuration is better than silently starting an unintended container mode.
