Deduplicate the BS_WORKERS override before assigning worker slots.

The BS_WORKERS branch sorts the list but does not remove duplicates. If the list repeats a node, WORKER_1 and WORKER_2 can name the same node. require_workers counts each entry separately, so the duplicate passes the readiness check. The fallback branch already uses sort -u, so the override branch should match it. The same change applies to NODE1–NODE4 in tests/operator-harness/replay-runner.sh.

Review comment at @tests/e2e/lib.sh at line 94:
Update the BS_WORKERS override handling that populates _BS_WORKERS to sort and
deduplicate nodes before assigning worker slots, so readiness checks count
distinct nodes; apply the same deduplication to the NODE1–NODE4 list in the
replay-runner.

Count only nodes that run a Running satellite pod in require_workers.

The gate counts each BS_WORKERS entry whose node is Ready, even when no Running satellite pod runs there. That node passes the gate. no-drbd.sh then waits 60 seconds for a devicePath and fails instead of skipping. Require a Running satellite pod on each counted node.

Review comment at @tests/e2e/lib.sh around lines 972 - 975:
Update the node-counting condition in require_workers so a BS_WORKERS entry
increments the count only when its node is Ready and has a Running satellite pod
scheduled on it; preserve the existing behavior for all other entries.

After applying the fix, consider running `coderabbit review --agent` for local
review. Visit https://docs.coderabbit.ai/cli?utm_source=ghpr
