Summary
This PR delivers the Daytona-first sandbox workflow, expands the translation and validation pipeline in the orchestrator, and adds ETL tooling for dataset ingestion. .NET and Java compilation services are deprecated and not used; Daytona is the only supported sandbox runtime.
