Adds a Permissions card to the worker page: each tool the worker's run principal holds a grant for, with an Allow / Ask / Deny radiogroup backed by stock grants (create the new grant, then revoke the old).
Grants are read from the workbench tenant only; they never inherit and the workbench can narrow, not widen.
Delete is not included: stock has no working stop-run (returns not implemented) or agent-asset delete route.
