Adds the bench drawer's Insights tab: a 3-stat strip and 7-day runs bars, using the same runs query, computeBenchInsights and OutcomeChart as the full bench Insights page, plus an Open Insights link.
Adds the Members tab: People (bench user principals with avatar, name, email, role) and Agents (the bench's workers, linking to /workers/).
Both registered in the drawer's tabs prop; OutcomeChart is now exported from bench-insights.
