Adds useWorkerStatus(tenantId, agentId) in apps/web/src/worker-status.ts, reading the participants and approvals caches the inbox stream already invalidates.
The bench pill and drawer subtitle now take tone and text from it: a pending approval for the worker shows Needs you (ready), a released worker shows Starting, otherwise Live.
Not covered: the sidebar has no worker rows on main, and no stock signal marks a turn in flight, so working stays unused.
