Buttons follow DESIGN.md Color roles via apps/web CSS: primary keeps charcoal fill with an orange icon, Deny becomes danger-ghost, destructive is solid red.
Adds apps/web ConfirmButton: first click arms (solid red, Cancel appears), second commits; Escape, Cancel, or blur disarms.
Replaces react-ui ConfirmButton in settings and tools, and the single-click schedule Delete.
