Sidebar top/middle now follows the mockups: Workbench wordmark row with search (opens the command palette) and + (new workbench), a Workbenches group, and a Workers group linking to /workers/ with WorkbenchAvatar.
Library rows (artifacts, skills, tools, workflows, agents) removed from the sidebar footer; Settings row left untouched.
Workers always render idle: no client-side in-flight-turn state is queryable yet.
The + no longer opens the New Agent/New Workbench dropdown; it goes straight to /new.
