The composer becomes one lean full-width row: optional + (onAdd), autosizing text, optional voice mic (onVoice), and a charcoal send button with an orange icon.
Legacy composer CSS is replaced by the mockup canon (radius 22, floating shadow).
Prose measure is 76ch and tool-activity cards cap at 640px; the thread already spans the sheet.
Callers pass onAdd/onVoice to show those buttons (workbench-page not touched).
