Replaces the sidebar footer rows with the mockup's bottom bar: a profile button (avatar) and a Tools button.
The profile menu shows name and email, Settings, a Light/Dark/Canvas radiogroup wired to the theme store, and Sign out.
Escape closes the menu; arrow keys move within the theme radiogroup.
