The hint stays mounted in the action rail when idle. Opacity-only hide leaves it in the accessibility tree; these assertions require aria-hidden to flip with the visible state.
Opacity-only hide left “Enter to send” in the accessibility tree while send was disabled. Restore visibility:hidden and set aria-hidden so the hint is announced only for a focused non-empty draft.

After the composer rail layout, “Enter to send” stays mounted and only opacity-fades when idle. Opacity-hidden text remains in the accessibility tree, so the shortcut can be announced while send is disabled.
This restores
visibility: hiddenon the idle hint and setsaria-hiddenso it is announced only for a focused non-empty draft. The hint stays in the action rail so layout does not jump.Test plan
