Docs match the #418 connect path: pending-room settle and feedsTools live relaunch are separate; persist-only is named as the bug; credential-wiring is linked not copied.
- ARCHITECTURE.md — tech-agnostic split after hostless onboarding settle
- IMPLEMENTATION.md — pinnedPackageCredentialBindingsFor folds at deploy; reconcilePinnedToolPackages on feedsTools
