Hub mounts @corbits/memory when EMBED_BASE_URL or OLLAMA_BASE_URL is set. Scope stays tenant+principal. memory-hub stays as sidecar-auth adapter. https://linear.app/abklabs/issue/CL-7171
setup:memory was appending localhost EMBED_BASE_URL even when .env already had OLLAMA_BASE_URL, which then won at mount. Blank EMBED_MODEL / EMBED_API_STYLE were treated as set, so Ollama defaults never applied.
