…nt; adopt the warm-agent mailbox in the sidecar The empty-mail drop (CL-6164) is gone: upstream 81ef5ad9 decodes inbound mail and omits empty content, so an attachments-only mail is delivered as attachments. The action/loop runtime bind (CL-6325) is gone with packages/workflow-host-actions and the sidecar's action-tool-handler: upstream loads interchange.actions/loops closure exports natively, and no workbench workflow authors an action step. What survives is the body-spawn seam (CL-6448): the parent child's credentials-backed authorize, live credential wiring and, new here, its mail-part reader reach every onTrigger body spawn, so the fork's tool-bearing bodies gate tool calls, resolve credentials and read an attachments-only mail's parts instead of throwing; findStepGrantsEntry keeps the single-step head collapse. @intx/harness (driveConnectorReplies) and @intx/hub-agent (agentDir) are vendored at the same commit; npm 0.3.0 predates both. The sidecar adopts the upstream seams: the supervisor-backed transport's inbound half (child mailbox reader, watch registry, mutation bridge) on every step env, the connector-thread seed and reply drain for the warm agent, the self-terminated-supervisor address reclaim, the live-child grants refresh after an approval, the agentDir deploy-tree lookup and the disposer AggregateError. Tests pin the body seam threading and re-run the CL-6164 shape at the step-invoker seam.
