mintAgentDm now find-or-reopens the kind:chat for (bench, definition), matching POST /workbenches. The eval scorer no longer passes create_agent copy that says the own chat could not be opened.

create_agentmints (or reopens) the new specialist's own DM by default instead of inviting them into the caller's chat.invite: falsestill creates without minting. Eval scorers and Myra's prompt match the new contract.addParticipantreturns the existing list by identity on a same-address retry.Tests and implementation are separate commits.
