Own-message alignment must live on the group and row. The inner .chat-bubble must not carry data-own, and leftover bubble CSS must stay chrome-free.
Drop data-own from the inner .chat-bubble so own-message right-align is a single surface (group + row), matching the mock's no-bubble layout.
applyChatMigrations was still frozen at 0019 after 0020-0023 landed, so the DB-gated suite failed on a fresh apply.
