Invert first-run land onto Myra's one DM, mixed pin+recency rail, canned next-steps greeting, and walkthrough row counts.
Home opens Myra via openAgentDm instead of /new. The rail is one pin-then-recency list with no New Workbench stub. Canned greeting offers agents, routines, or a channel.
PRODUCT, DESIGN, and GLOSSARY: / hops to Myra's one DM, /new is create-only, sidebar mixes agent DMs and channels.

After the coworker IA, first-run still hopped
/to/newwith a fake New Workbench stub. Myra existed on the Agents roster but had no DM.openAgentDm(same find-or-reopen as Talk to Myra), then/w/:id. Never/new./newstill mint an empty channel./is a hop, not a parallel Myra home.ensureMyraWorkbenchis not revived.
