POST /workbenches with kind=chat and a definitionId now always find-or-reopens that agent's one conversation. reuseExisting is accepted and ignored; it is no longer a Myra-only opt-in.
CL-7008: product copy treats agents as principals; DMs and channels replace intern-centric language.

People and agents are both principals. A DM is the one 1:1 tenant with that agent. A channel is a multi-principal tenant. Plus mints an empty channel; named templates invite existing principals after mint. Sidebar is Agents then Channels. Myra is an agent row, not a hidden home.
Stacked on one branch (do not merge the old five drafts 369–373):
CL-6979 blank-no-host is subsumed by the empty-channel create. Close 369–373 as superseded after this PR exists.
Does not tick Linear Done until this is on main with green CI.
