fix(web): workers show their real workbench and Settings Models matches the other sections (CL-9603)

[TheGreatAxios]

• Workers roster Workbench column shows the worker's child bench, sharing one hook with the worker page.
• Settings Models uses the unboxed SettingsGroup/SettingsRow layout like Providers and People.
• CONNECTED (drawer Tools) and ACTIVE (People) use the quiet token pill from the Tools page.
• Canvas sidebar Tools button uses the sunk surface token.
