Deletes every app.css / chat/styles.css rule whose class is no longer referenced in apps/web/src (about 630 rule blocks, plus 5 unused keyframes and stale comments).
Removes unused
providerTile(and its tile table) and theAGENTS_PATH_PREFIXalias.CorbitAvataris still used and stays.The Tools page now uses PageLayout; its inlined page-shell CSS is deleted.
