The bench description is stored in the stock tenant config under
workbench.description(string, <= 280 chars), written through the stock tenant PATCH route with a read-modify-write so other config keys are preserved. The drawer Information tab gets an About section (textarea, Save enabled when dirty). The drawer subtitle shows the description on one line with an ellipsis, and falls back to the worker status when empty.
