Tab strip gets an edge fade and scrolls the active tab into view (scrollLeft, no scrollIntoView).
Information becomes unboxed About / Now / Needs you / Active workflows / Latest artifacts sections; section actions right-aligned.
Grants show readable tool and principal names with quiet text badges.
Members shows a skeleton until participants resolve.
Drawer subtitle is the bench description (none available from the stock tenant, so it renders nothing).
