Thread gets top padding so the pill never overlaps the first message.
Sender header and avatar hold a skeleton until the roster resolves; an unmatched run resolves to the bench's sole agent instead of a raw run id.
Per-message Reply link is now hover/focus-revealed (replies are a real sub-thread feature).
Pill shows a skeleton avatar until the roster loads and a status line ("Myra is working…", Needs you, Idle).
Composer spans the thread column, voice icon is AudioLines, placeholder is "Message ". No attach action exists, so no + is shown.
