The quickstart hand-built a credential capability, binding and grant. Those belong to Interchange's hub API. It now registers the preset, then shows the three hub POST requests as numbered steps. Drop the repeated Using with Interchange steps and Security section, the stale @intx/authz note and the long migration table. Bump to 0.1.1 so the npm README updates.
