fix(tui): normalize composed macOS Option chords

• Normalize composed macOS Option glyphs into the same globally claimed chords as Meta-mode input
• Preserve contextual Alt+A pass-through and document the explicit terminal audit matrix

Verification

• bun run check passes with 8,611 tests and 0 failures
• Focused composed-key suite passes 16 tests covering chord equivalence and pass-through

Closing after the 0333 merge wave: rebase onto origin/main hit conflicts, and parent guidance is not to fight those. Reopen on a fresh branch if this still improves operator output without regression.
