feat: depend on compliance-framework/agent v0.8.0-rc4

Picks up the agent's policy evaluation artifacts (playback), evidence streaming and the plugin and policy source props. No code changes are needed: the plugin already passes its policy data to GenerateResults.

Tests pass locally (go vet ./..., go test ./...) against agent v0.8.0-rc4.
