    Dev-Lead Implementation Plan

    Issue: #641 β€” [Fleet Monitor] combsmith/google-app-scripts β€” .github/workflows/ci.yml

    Root cause

The single failing run (39531241149, PR #637 standards-sync) failed in the autofix job: Prettier rewrote the newly-synced standards-owned stub .github/workflows/pr-review.yml (double β†’ single quotes, collapsed the two-space gap before # NOSONAR), and the push was rejected:
refusing to allow a GitHub App to create or update workflow .github/workflows/pr-review.yml without workflows permission.
Even if the push had succeeded, it would have re-introduced byte drift against the canonical stub.

    Scope

Exclude the standards-owned pr-review.yml caller stub from Prettier, mirroring the existing entries for dev-lead.yml, persona-mention.yml, agent-shield.yml, etc. (same approach as #618/#619).

    Implementation Checklist

    • .prettierignore: add .github/workflows/pr-review.yml with a justification comment

    Tests to Write

    Test Command

npm run check && npm test

    Notes

PR #627 also adds this entry plus a broader autofix token rework; this issue only takes the minimal .prettierignore fix.

    Dev-Lead: Implementation Complete β€” PR #642

The implementation for issue #641 is durable: commits are pushed and a pull request is open. This record is backed by verifiable artifacts you can confirm in one click.

Review happens on the PR. Acceptance criteria and test results are evidenced by the PR's diff and CI checks β€” not asserted here. If a later stage fails, this claim is retracted in place.
