GitHub Team Dashboard Skill

A Claude Code skill that generates beautiful, self-contained HTML dashboard reports with charts and visualizations from GitHub PR and team data.

What it does

This skill fetches data from any GitHub repository using the gh CLI and produces a polished visual dashboard covering metrics like:

• PR Velocity - PRs merged per week/sprint (line charts)
• First-Time Pass Rate - PRs merged without post-review changes (gauge/speedometer)
• Top Contributors & Reviewers - ranked by activity (bar charts)
• PRs Stuck in Review - PRs with excessive review loops (tables with status badges)
• Open PR Age Distribution - how long PRs have been waiting (bar charts)

The output is a single, self-contained HTML file with embedded Chart.js visualizations that opens directly in your browser.

Prerequisites

• Claude Code installed
• GitHub CLI (gh) installed and authenticated (gh auth login)

Installation

Usage

From within a GitHub repo directory (or by specifying a repo), ask Claude things like:

• "Show me our team's PR health for the last month"
• "What's the first-time review pass rate for the last 20 merged PRs?"
• "Who are the top contributors and reviewers in the last 2 months?"
• "Show me PRs stuck in review loops"
• "Give me a full team health dashboard"

The skill automatically determines which metrics and visualizations are relevant to your question, fetches the data, and generates a dashboard HTML file.
