Summary
Promotes the verified dev candidate containing #237 to master.
Included change
Credentialed CORS now permits only explicit CORS_ORIGINS values. The CI full-stack server declares its local allowlist explicitly so its browser request flow exercises the production behavior.
User impact
Configured production and development clients continue to work. Unknown cross-origin websites no longer receive credentialed CORS permission. No user-facing feature or email-related behavior changes.
Verification
The dev integration run passed server and client tests, full-stack Cypress smoke, production configuration checks, and CodeQL.
