[UX] Do not assume month/day after the first digit #90
I know this may seem helpful, but it really isn't. That's what the Tab key is for, and trying to take this decision away from the user is counterproductive because:
Muscle memory - I enter 9 for the day and press Tab, but then I end up in the year field when I wanted to move to the month.
Mistakes - I meant to enter 31 but entered 41 instead, and then 1 appears in the month field: 41 -> 04/1{caret}/yyyy
Because of this, I have to think about whether the caret is going to jump to another field after entering a number, which makes data entry slower. edit: i know it's native input behavior that's why we often use "text" input with mask
I understand the point. I'll see whether I can implement it so that it only jumps between day/month/year when you press the Tab key. I wouldn't change the order of tabbing though – it depends on the selected locale. (With the Europe/Berlin locale, for example, Tab jumps from day to month to year.)
@DawidGardzinski Just adding you here so you see my reply – looking forward to your take on this.
In the future, it would probably be useful to show exactly what is wrong here. (like wrong month, day, month + day etc.) it's not important tho, People will probably notice it themselves.

Hi Dawid,
I implemented your request in #93 and just merged it to develop. Feel free to leave feedback or re-open the issue if your requirements aren't met.

works great on my locales (dd/mm/yyyy).
