LOLCODE spec: does WTF? fallthrough reach OMGWTF? #154

Found while marking the LOLCODE assignment (Fall 2026, 36 submissions). The quoted text is from lolcode/ and info/ on master.

spec/statements.rst (Case): "If an OMG block is not terminated by a GTFO, then the next OMG block is executed as is the next until a GTFO or the end of the WTF block". It does not say whether OMGWTF counts as a block. Ruling used for marking: C semantics, it runs. ~15 students skip it, several on purpose.

Proposed fix: say so, and add a fish-example input that falls into OMGWTF.
