Upstream dropped the branch-protection bypass outright (cloudnative-pg#507 replaced benjefferies/branch-protection-bot with actions/github-script, cloudnative-pg#512 then removed the dance altogether), so the `gh api` calls this fork carried in its place are gone with it. bake_update.yml is byte-identical to upstream again, and catalogs.yml is back to differing only in the registry and artifacts repository it publishes to. Also brings PostgreSQL 19 beta4, Barman 3.20.1, a fix for the artificial python floor when installing Barman (cloudnative-pg#517), and registry-clean.yml, which prunes `-testing` images older than a week and needs no adaptation because it resolves the account from `github.repository_owner`. hack/sync-base-images.sh carried the Debian digest bump (cloudnative-pg#516) over to the extra targets. validate.yml follows upstream onto ubuntu-26.04 and the current setup-buildx-action digest, which it was the last workflow to lag behind on. 46 targets resolve, with 19beta4 built as minimal, standard and system and skipped by the extra targets, which have no extension versions mapped for it.
