docs: archive v5.0.0 API reference

Add the published v5.0.0 API reference for all 22 packages and place it first in the documentation version picker. Generated from release commit 42ad22a2 using Node 24.15.0, npm 11.12.1, TypeDoc 0.28.20, and TypeScript 6.0.3, with VERSION=5.0.0 npm run docs:snapshot.

The snapshot includes static assets, search data, media, and the release LICENSE. Source links point to tracked files at the release commit. All 9,134 files in the 14 existing archives, including v4.5.0, remain byte-for-byte unchanged. The diff is limited to websites/docs/public/api-docs/.

Validation:

• npm run lint, npm run build, and npm run test passed: 5,303 tests across 293 files, with no type errors.
• Both website typechecks and the production docs website build passed.
• All 62,781 local references resolve; all 3,749 source links target files in the release commit.
• Production-server HTTP checks passed for 50 URLs, covering all 22 package pages, all 15 archive indexes, the LICENSE, and generated assets.
