Render session references as compact pills and support optional history entry anchors with older-history loading and temporary highlighting. Validate source ownership and ignore stale navigation responses.

Summary
Conversation references now render as compact Session pills alongside Log and Issue references. A link such as
session:OPAQUE#entry-16466opens the referenced conversation, loads older history when needed, and temporarily highlights the cited message.Plain session links and existing special tokens remain supported. Resolution validates the source viewer, stale replies cannot override manual navigation, and reduced-motion preferences are respected.
