Every generated document should say up front that an LLM wrote it and that cgwalters has not reviewed it. This brings the notice to the exact wording and link from the repository checklist (forge-infra#1) so readers can tell how much to trust the text. Puts the standard LLM notice (forge-infra#1) first in profile/README.md, which has no title.
This is separate from #2, which also edits profile/README.md; the notice is the first lines of the file, so whichever lands second needs at most a trivial rebase.
