As discussed in the TSC meeting, this PR removes all C#-Support files and changes from main due to licensing constraints around the ANTLR .g4 grammar files used for parsing. The C# code has been preserved in a separate branch.
Please verify that the deletions and modifications are strictly limited to reverting the C# integration and in particular the pom.xml files and other shared infrastructure.
