The `prov` package recently released type signatures, causing `mypy` to
flag `type: ignore` directives as no longer passing strict type review.
Something about the new signatures caused some other issues to be
flagged pertaining to this project's mixing of constants from `prov` and
`rdflib.URIRef` within `typing.Union`s. It was not clear what the
issues were.

Meanwhile, this seemed like an interesting opportunity to separate
`pydot.Node` and `.Edge` construction into a Python class hierarchy in
order to better identify where general styling points would apply,
separating styling code from labeling and titling specific to each
individual node.

Also, with some inspiration from Rust enums, this seemd like an
interesting opportunity to separate out the color constants, and better
assign the source of each styling decision. Where attribution is known,
citation is now structurally encoded under the `case_prov_dot.ColorEnum`
class hierarchy, as coming from the W3C general style guidance, the
`prov` package, or local custom decisions.

**Note:** The `StrEnum` feature used is available in Python 3.11 onward,
so this bumps `case-prov`'s Python floor past 3.10 ahead of the 3.10 EOL
scheduled in October (per PEP 619).

This patch's impetus was the `check-supply-chain` review failing due to
upstream work from the `prov` package. If this patch is not accepted,
`prov` will need to have a version-ceiling placed at `< 2.3.0`.

A follow-on patch will regenerate Make-managed files
