Further improve TBAR dashboard and alerts

• New alert on number of ProcessRewardsV2 not reaching zero in the past 15min
• New alert on average verdict batch size being over 40 (over past 1h)
• New panel for number of RewardCouponV2 contracts (disaggregated by contract age, see screenshot below)
• Make it possible to select dry run and minting versions at the same time in the dashboard
  • Breaking change: This will hide data written by applications version 0.6.10 and earlier (which did not add the dryRun label to the trigger metrics). The data is still there, but visible in the new dashboard.
• Display median instead of 95th percentile for trigger task duration
• Minor display fixes
