feat: update non standard components to the latest Material Design specs #4990

The goal is to go through non standard components like the following:

• Avatar
• Banner
• Data Table

and reuse recently added theme tokens (shape, motion, typography, colors etc). As these components are non standard, explore similar spec components for consistency.
