The star history chart was broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Switch the charts in README.md and README_ZH.md to a working alternative data source so they render correctly again.

The star history chart is currently broken because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so the chart no longer renders. This change updates the charts in both the English and Chinese READMEs to use a working data source that requires no API token, bringing the images back to life. The badge is left unchanged.
