[codex] Fix Galaxy role index names

The role index was using GitHub repository suffixes as Ansible Galaxy role names. Galaxy role identifiers must use underscores, so entries such as digitalocean-agent, lemp-stack, and netiq-sentinel-syslog-event-source produced invalid Galaxy links and badges. The index also retained redmine-1 after its repository was archived.

The sync now normalizes dashed repository suffixes to underscore Galaxy names, records the original repo slug separately for CI and release links, and continues to omit archived repositories. The role table uses Galaxy names for Galaxy links and badges and repo slugs for GitHub links. The automated sync PR includes both generated data files.

Validation: the role sync ran against the current public GitHub repository list and excluded the archived Redmine role. git diff --check passed.
