Documentation only — no code change.

Five branches each added bullets to [Unreleased], and I resolved those
conflicts by keeping both sides each time. That preserved every entry but left
### Internal — and its single bullet about the revived round-trip audit
script — sitting in the middle of the list.

Everything merged after it was therefore filed under Internal rather than
Fixed: eleven entries, including "Connecting a rig no longer keys it" and the
whole remote-TX safety batch. The release notes for 0.6.9 would have buried the
most user-visible fixes in the section people skip.

Nothing was lost or duplicated — verified: 16 Fixed, 1 Internal, zero duplicate
bullets. The heading was just in the wrong place.
