Summary

  • Move Ubuntu x86 jobs to [self-hosted, nix], including Linux builds, Windows cross-builds, flake checks, and release publishing.
  • Leave ARM64 Linux and macOS matrix entries unchanged.
  • Skip Nix installation and Nix store cache actions on the self-hosted jobs.
  • Provision zip and gh through the repository's pinned Nixpkgs rather than assuming GitHub-hosted tools are installed.

Validation

  • YAML parsing, unchanged-trigger and platform-scope assertions passed.
  • Bash syntax and ShellCheck checks passed at warning severity.
  • Offline nix flake check --all-systems --no-build --no-write-lock-file passed using a path flake reference for the local Jujutsu workspace.
  • git diff --check passed.
  • actionlint unavailable locally; full builds and release publishing not run.
