Adds sessionport to the Session managers & parallel runners section.
sessionport carries sessions between coding agent CLIs: export any local session (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, Hermes) to a portable markdown brief (
sessionport-brief/v1) and resume it in any other agent. Offline by default, one command, optional LLM fidelity scoring. Python, MIT.
